**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and
Google Pay at checkout.

**Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?**
Contact us at lalabloomshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Since we process
orders within 24 hours, we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

**Do you ship across Canada?**
Yes — we ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Free shipping
applies on orders of $99 CAD or more.

**How long does delivery take?**
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3-4
business days, depending on your location.

**Do you ship internationally?**
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Please note that orders
shipped to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which
are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

**What is your return policy?**
Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery, in original, unused

**Who pays for return shipping?**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

**What if my item arrives damaged?**
Contact us at lalabloomshop@gmail.com with a photo of the item within 48
hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.

**What sizes do your baby items come in?**
Our newborn sets are designed for 0-3 months unless otherwise noted on the
product page. See our full [Size Guide] for detailed measurements.

**Are your products safe for sensitive newborn skin?**
Our items are made with 100% premium cotton, chosen for its softness and
breathability — from our own experience preparing gift sets for newborns.

**Can I customize or personalize a gift set?**
Not yet — but we're working on adding personalization (like name
embroidery) soon. Follow us on Instagram [@lalabloom_babyboutique] to be
the first to know when it launches.

**Do you offer gift wrapping / is it ready to give as a gift?**
Yes — every LalaBloom set arrives beautifully packaged and ready to gift,
no additional wrapping needed.
