Returns & Exchanges

At LalaBloom, we curate our baby gift sets and premium clothing with the utmost care and love. We want you and your little ones to be completely delighted with your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Standard Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including our classic white gift boxes, if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of our littlest customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Skincare & Bath Products: Any Mustela products or other bath items (even if unopened).
  • Teethers & Pacifiers (if applicable).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
  • Digital Gift Cards.

Note on Gift Sets: If you are returning a curated gift set (e.g., The Neutral Edit), the entire set must be returned together. We cannot accept partial returns of individual items from a bundled box.

3. Gift Returns

Did you receive a LalaBloom gift set but need a different size or style? We’ve got you covered!

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can process a return for Store Credit (an e-gift card) for the current value of the item. We will not notify the original buyer of the return.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email our team at lalabloomshop@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and address.
  3. Pack the items securely and drop the package off at your local post office.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our Halifax studio. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement immediately.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
