Every order is carefully curated and packed and shipped with love from Halifax, NS, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!

5. Weather & Transit Delays

While we do everything in our power to ensure your gift arrives on time, please note that severe Canadian weather conditions or carrier volumes may occasionally cause unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, especially if you are sending a gift directly to the recipient. LalaBloom is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

We want your LalaBloom experience to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at lalabloomshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work quickly to make it right!
