("LalaBloom," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site and
placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or
guardian, to place an order on this Site.

2. Products and Pricing

- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to
  applicable taxes (HST) at checkout
- We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing,
  but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed
  an order, we will contact you before processing the order
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed

3. Orders and Payment

- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our
  third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion,
  including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

4. Shipping

We ship across Canada and to the United States. Free shipping applies to
orders of $99 CAD or more (before tax) within Canada. Orders are typically
processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-4 business days within
Canada; delivery times to the United States may be longer.

For orders shipped to the United States, you may be responsible for customs
duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These
fees are not included in your order total and are your responsibility as
the recipient.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your LalaBloom set. If you're not satisfied, please see
our full [Returns & Exchanges] policy for eligibility, timelines, and process.

Summary: items may be returned within 21 days of delivery, in original,
unused condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including photos, product descriptions, logos,
and design — is the property of LalaBloom and may not be copied,
reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that
could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LalaBloom is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the
Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the
amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the
federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
